پیام رئیس سازمان نخبگان ورزشی جهان خطاب به ریاست فدراسیون کشتی جهانی

سلام علیکم،

با احترام،
نظر به پیشرفت‌های چشمگیر کشتی ایران در تمام سطوح و گروه‌های سنی تحت مدیریت شایسته جناب آقای دکتر علیرضا دبیر، که در سطح جهانی منجر به دستاوردهای بی‌نظیری شده است، از فدراسیون کشتی جهانی تقاضا دارم تا برنامه‌ای ویژه برای بهره‌برداری بهینه از ظرفیت‌ها و منابع مدیریتی و انسانی کشتی ایران تنظیم نماید.

کشتی در ایران جزئی جدایی‌ناپذیر از فرهنگ و هویت مردم این کشور است و در نتیجه، مدیریت کارآمد و توانمندی‌های برجسته‌ای که در عرصه کشتی ایران وجود دارد، باید به‌طور ویژه در سطح جهانی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. قهرمانی‌های اخیر کشتی آزاد و فرنگی ایران در مسابقات جهانی، بهترین شاهد بر نبوغ مدیریتی و توانمندی‌های فنی بالای کشتی ایران است که توانسته است با استفاده بهینه از منابع خود، در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی برتری یابد. جناب آقای دکتر علیرضا دبیر نه‌تنها در دوران فعالیت ورزشی خود به‌عنوان یک اسطوره شناخته می‌شود، بلکه در حال حاضر نیز به‌عنوان یک نخبه مدیریتی در عرصه کشتی جهان مطرح هستند.

سازمان نخبگان ورزشی جهان، به‌عنوان یکی از نهادهای معتبر و اثرگذار در سطح بین‌المللی، همواره بر این باور است که توسعه و ارتقای کشتی ایران باید به‌طور ویژه در دستور کار فدراسیون‌های جهانی قرار گیرد. این سازمان با توجه به ظرفیت‌های عظیم مدیریتی و انسانی موجود در کشتی ایران، می‌تواند نقش کلیدی در تسهیل همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و ارتقای سطح رقابت‌های جهانی ایفا کند.
بنابراین، اینجانب دکتر حمیدرضا عباسی مقدم، رئیس سازمان نخبگان ورزشی جهان، از فدراسیون کشتی جهانی درخواست دارم تا با توجه ویژه به کشتی ایران و مدیریت اثربخش آن، همکاری‌های لازم را در راستای تقویت بیشتر سطح جهانی کشتی و گسترش دستاوردهای این ورزش در سطح جهانی انجام دهد.

I respectfully request that, considering the remarkable development of wrestling in Iran at all levels and age groups under the esteemed management of Dr. Alireza Dabir, the International Wrestling Federation adopt a special program to optimally utilize the managerial and human resources of Iranian wrestling.

Wrestling in Iran is inherently part of the culture and identity of its people, and therefore, the efficient management and abilities present in Iranian wrestling should be recognized globally. The recent victories of Iranian freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling at the World Championships serve as a testament to the managerial brilliance and high technical abilities of Iranian wrestling, which has excelled by optimally utilizing its resources on the international stage. Dr. Alireza Dabir, in addition to being a legend during his athletic career, is now recognized as a managerial genius in the world of wrestling.

The World Sports Elite Organization, as one of the most reputable and influential bodies at the international level, firmly believes that the development and promotion of Iranian wrestling should be specifically prioritized by global federations. With its vast managerial and human resources in Iranian wrestling, this organization can play a key role in facilitating international collaborations, improving infrastructure, and raising the level of global competitions.
Therefore, I, Dr. Hamidreza Abbasi Moghadam, President of the World Sports Elite Organization, kindly request that the International Wrestling Federation give special attention to Iranian wrestling and its effective management, and support necessary collaborations to further strengthen the global standing of wrestling and expand the achievements of this sport worldwide.
